Abstract

This work intends to cover the great void that exists in the field of visual inclusion, in the particular case of a blind teacher who manages grades of several courses, students and rubrics as well as the automatic calculation of final grades and statistics from them. Concretely, a desktop application is proposed, which, through keyboard shortcuts, hot keys and a voice user interface, allows a blind teacher to improve her quality of life. Finally, in order to guarantee the satisfaction of the end user, the application is evaluated under a GOMS-KLM methodology and SAM (Self Assessment Manikin) test. The results show promising perspectives in terms of usability and user experience.
