Abstract

A prototype system for imaging magnetic field emitted by various geometries is presented in this paper. Solid-state Magneto-inductive (MI) sensors form an integral part of the system. Both numerical simulations and experimental results are shown and discussed. Results indicate that the proposed system not only enables validation of the numerical studies, it also provides valuable insight that will not be easily obtainable from numerical simulations.
