Abstract
This paper analyzes the approach that Jorge Luis Rodríguez carries out to the Guastinian classification of hierarchies in law, criticizes the way in which Rodríguez deals with it, and points out some gaps in J.L. Rodríguez’s approach to conflicts between rights. Briefly, some highlights of his book (Teoría analítica del derecho) are underlined within the framework of the topic discussed in this essay.
