Resumen

Pumping is one of the main processes in the production of shrimp. This process is linked to a high consumption of diesel, therefore to the generation of CO2. The present project is aimed at the technical-financial study of the implementation of photovoltaic energy for the feeding of pumps. To mitigate the effects of the production of CO2 emissions. The system analyzed has seven cameras that require pumps of 235 HP and 550 HP, which represents a high energy consumption. In this way, the economic and environmental viability of replacing the energy of the same with a clean energy system will be discussed.
