Resumen

This document aims to design linear and nonlinear fuzzy PID reset-based controllers that improve the response of nonlinear chemical processes in the transitory state and control signals. The purpose of developing a Nonlinear Fuzzy PID Restart-Based Controller is to solve the restrictions of LTI control systems and improve the control signals of reset control systems for a variable delay chemical process. The comparison of linear and nonlinear, reset-based, and fuzzy schemes is made by performance indexes ISE, ITSE, TVu, and transient response performance specifications like Maximum Overshoot and settling time obtained by the simulation of the variable delay chemical process in MATLAB.
