Resumen
A potentiality of the location problem in wireless networks that has not been explored enough is the mobility of the UE. The use of a Kalman tracker helps in reducing the variability of the positioning by optimally averaging in time. In this paper we compare the location accuracy obtained in comparison to the least-square solution with no tracking. The performance comparison will be done in a UMTS scenario, using UL and DL measurements in realistic propagation conditions.
