Results reveal significant variations in acceleration, displacement, and frequency response between wet and dry conditions, highlighting the critical impact of water content on dynamic properties. This analysis extends prior research by incorporating diverse seismic records, enhancing the understanding of material behavior under varying environmental conditions.",
