T-junction Power Divider design based on Corporate Feeding Network in Square Waveguide Technology

Resumen

This paper presents the design process of a T-type power junction, or three-port divider, that works within the Ku-band with dual-polarization using square waveguides, which has also been adapted to work within the Ka-band. The design is based on making the necessary adjustments to adapt the waveguide to work within the Ku-band by improving the sections that form its structure by varying the position of the vertices points. As a result, it is possible to design a T-divider with an available percentage bandwidth of 6 % in the Ku-band, with return losses of less than 30 dB, and divide the input power equally into the two outputs.
